2014-2015 BSP Graduates ♦ Conditional Practising License

Congratulations Graduates!
To register as a Conditional Practising pharmacist, please refer to the guidelines under "Registration-SK Graduates" .  You must have employment in a Saskatchewan pharmacy in order to apply for a Conditional Practising membership.  Applications are currently being processed and you may not begin employment as a pharmacist until you are sent your SCP Member Number by email.

Once the PEBC results are made available, in order to have the conditions removed, please provide SCP with: 1) a copy of the PEBC letter and PEBC ID#'s OR 2) a one-page printout of PEBC Web advisory with old and new PEBC ID#'s; PLUS a copy of a PEBC receipt (with picture).

eHR Viewer - How to sign up

The eHR Viewer, or e lectronic H ealth R ecord Viewer, is a secure online website that allows authorized health care providers access to a wide array of health information including lab results, medication information, immunization records, and discharge summaries. It also has chronic disease management observations collected as part of the Chronic Disease Management - Quality Improvement Program (CDM-QIP).  To gain access to the Viewer, contact eHealth Sask. by calling Bernie: 306-337-5024 or Tanya: 306-337-0974.

NOTE: Once you receive e-mail confirmation from CPDP advising of completion of training, it may take several days for the information to be submitted to SCP . Practising members will be unable to submit the renewal application to SCP until the required training has been updated in the members' SCP records.
